The Miz Avoids Johnny Gargano & Dexter Lumis Once Again After Suspicious TikTok-Induced 'Injury'
The Miz dodged his problems with Dexter Lumis and Johnny Gargano yet again when he "injured" his hand.
Last night on Monday Night RAW, the WWE Universe thought they were going to be treated to a match between Johnny Gargano and The Miz in which Johnny Wrestling would finally get his hands on The A-Lister after months of torment. Unsurprisingly though, The Miz outsmarted WWE officials and found yet another cowardly way to avoid his problems with Dexter Lumis as well as the match with Gargano.

The former WWE Champion entered the arena with a bandaged hand, which was already suspicious to Gargano and fans. As if that weren't enough, The Miz claimed his hand was injured while doing a TikTok dance ...
Which ... really? That was the best excuse The Miz could come up with?
While Miz’s injury was clearly faked to get him out of the match with Gargano, he claimed that he found another worthy opponent to sub for him before bringing out the Nigerian Giant, Omos. The match was one of Omos’ best outings in his career thus far and showed that he is making improvements inside the squared circle.
Gargano tried his best to overcome the massive size difference with his speed and a flurry of offense, but Omos was just too big and powerful. With The Miz on commentary and MVP at ringside, the Nigerian Giant caught Gargano off the top rope and Choke-slammed him for the statement victory.
The Miz bought himself another week of running here, but he knows that time is running out. WWE officials and the universe alike know that Miz paid Lumis to stalk him for sympathy before things got out of control. Now The Miz not only has to wrestle Gargano, but will wrestle Lumis in the near future for Lumis’ right to a WWE contract. Even the A-Lister knows that he can’t run from this forever and the walls are closing in on him quickly. All Miz did here was delay the inevitable and give Gargano another valid reason to call him a coward.
