Braun Strowman is devouring everything in sight.

And if the WWE superstar could bring in reinforcements as he travels the country to satisfy his cravings on Everything on the Menu, he knows exactly who he’d ask to step into the food ring with him: Alexa Bliss.

“I love her to death,” the 6-foot-8 legend told USA Insider in an exclusive interview. “Five feet of fury, 110 ten pounds. She’s not a huge eater, so that means I get to eat more. I’m selfish like that.”

Braun certainly isn’t afraid to tackle monster-sized meals on his own.

The 42-year-old, who has been known to eat a dozen dishes in one sitting, credits professional wrestling for his epic palate and for giving him the chance to discover culinary gems and try new cuisines.

“What's really helped with my taste buds is the blessing that I had being a WWE superstar. Getting to travel around the world and being able to try [and experience] so many different walks of life,” he said. “It doesn't matter if you spend $5,000 or $5 on a dinner, there's still something special, still something amazing that you can take home and experience.”

In each episode, he goes behind the scenes at two iconic restaurants: One a local landmark featuring the city’s signature dish and the other a hard-to-get-into hotspot.

“Some of these restaurants, the only reason we got in was because they were fans of mine, or their kids were fans of mine,” he shared. “So, seeing that lineage that I created in WWE continuing to help me outside of the ring—it's been truly such a humbling experience for me in life.”

While “Little Miss Bliss” joining the “Monster Among Men” would be a travel show dream team, for now, Braun is savoring every moment and keeping every bite to himself, and we’re happy to be along for the ride.

After his 2023 injury, which required a metal plate and four screws in his neck, he found himself at a crossroads, unsure of what the future would hold.

“I had this realization that I’ve been really blessed in life, not only with my size, my stature, my physical ability,” he shared, “but there’s something inside of me that I realized; I’m really good at putting smiles on people’s faces.”

You can watch Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman on USA Network, where it airs on Fridays at 10 p.m. following WWE SmackDown.
