It's no secret that a bond exists between the WWE Universe and the Superstars that perform across WWE programming. A recent tweet from Seth "Freakin" Rollins should not only reaffirm that bond but also tug at your heartstrings.

While his disappearance from Monday Night RAW last week was suspicious, it was recently announced that Seth Rollins and The Miz would clash in a one-on-one bout tonight during RAW. After scoring a decisive pinfall victory over Logan Paul at WrestleMania, fans worldwide are eager to know the next step for Rollins' career. Will he continue his slow climb towards challenging for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship? Is he apprehensive about the upcoming WWE Draft? What is going through his mind after not appearing on television last week? All these questions and more will be answered tonight.

Seth Rollins Is Looking To Help a Fan In Need

Ahead of his highly-anticipated return to RAW this evening, Rollins took to Twitter to take a break from his on-screen storylines to instead propose a call to action from the WWE Universe. One of Rollins' biggest young fans needs our help right now, and the Visionary posted a heartfelt message to Twitter.

As we can see from the photo Rollins posted, Michael Latcham has been a member of the WWE Universe from a very young age – the image seems to be from around 2019, sometime after Rollins defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35 to become the WWE Universal Champion. Today, Michael desperately needs a lung transplant due to complications he's had since birth. A fundraiser has been started by his family, and due to Michael's love for WWE and professional wrestling as a whole, he's already begun to feel the love from his fellow fans.

The Young Fan Is a Fighter

According to the fundraiser's website, Michael was born with a condition known as meconium aspiration syndrome, which means that "Michael swallowed a mixture of meconium and amniotic fluid while coming out of the birth canal." He was not expected to survive past his birth, but against all odds, Michael's fighting spirit wouldn't let him down. Unfortunately, many years later, Michael now finds himself in need of a lung transplant.

This is where Seth Rollins and the rest of the WWE Universe step in. As of press time, nearly $15,000 of the fundraiser's $50,000 goal has been met, and we're confident Seth Rollins' social media reach will be a big help!

Like many WWE Superstars, Seth Rollins is no stranger to making children's dreams come true. But, for someone like Rollins, it's just part of the responsibility of performing on such a large stage.

So from helping Michael search for a new lung to returning to Monday Night RAW this evening, we'd say that Seth "Freakin" Rollins has a lot on his plate lately – especially after coming off such a statement win at WrestleMania. With Rollins in Michaels's corner and vice versa, we can't think of two more deserving people in the entire WWE Universe.
