Milo Callaghan and Madison Iseman took a break from filming USA Network’s new legal drama to reveal where the real “Rainmaker” magic happens: Inside Rudy Baylor’s apartment. In a few funny, not-at-all awkward minutes, the onscreen couple came together for a behind-the-scenes tour that’s filled with silly antics.
The Rainmaker fans won’t want to miss this charming new promo, where Callagan can hardly keep a straight face as he leads his costar through the set of his killer pad. As the 20-something actor admitted in the clip, “It’s a place I would live in a heartbeat.”
Pointing out Rudy’s turntable and rather sizable vinyl collection, Callaghan joked in a suave voice, “Over here, this is where I set the tone, the vibration.”
In the series, his fictional loft is a bare bone “man cave” in Charleston, South Carolina. But in reality, the apartment is part of a set located in Dublin, Ireland, where the series was filmed. A closer look reveals just how much detail went into the props to perfect that “bachelor pad” aesthetic, from crumbs on an electric grill to a bulletin board of family photos.
As for Iseman’s reaction to the messy scene? The actress — who portrays Sarah Plankmore on the show — commented, “Wow, this is where The Rainmaker happens.” Upon seeing Rudy’s bed, Iseman hilariously pointed out a questionable bottle of moisturizer on his bedside table.
“Rudy Baylor has some rough, dry skin,” Callaghan responded, struggling not to burst into laughter. “It’s not like that!” the English actor protested before cracking up. From half-eaten food to, yes, a peek at the toilet, this is probably unlike any set tour you’ve seen.

Who are Rudy Baylor and Sarah Plankmore?
The couple’s complicated relationship is pulled from the pages of the John Grisham bestselling novel of the same name, but the TV series provides a much richer story for Sarah.
The newly minted attorney may be in love with her law school sweetheart, but the two are professionally at odds. Sarah took a lucrative position working for high-powered attorney Leo Drummond (John Slattery), who is opposing counsel on Rudy’s case. It’s a classic David and Goliath tale, with Rudy’s client, a grieving mother (Karen Bryson), fighting against a powerful hospital over a potential nefarious cover-up in her son’s death.
