We interrupt your binge-watching of Love Island Games to bring you breaking news: Love Island USA will return to Peacock for two more wild and unforgettable seasons!

The show has been building its audience at a massive pace ever since Seasons 4 and 5 dropped on Peacock, and for good reason: For years, audiences have realized that nobody does “attractive singles stranded on an island looking for love” better than Love Island USA. Many shows attempt to perfect this formula, but sometimes all it takes is some of the most dramatic (and good-looking) men and women from around the world living in a tropical villa to become a hit cultural phenomenon! Love Island USA is unabashed in the sex appeal of the show – where other shows on other networks dance around it, Peacock’s #1 original reality series can only be defined with one word: sexy.

It’s not surprising that fans have catapulted Love Island USA up the charts; Love Island USA has everything a fan could want, from heartbreak to romance to, well, whatever you’d classify this moment as:

Season 5 ended with a bang, as Hannah Wright and Marco Donatelli were crowned the winners (after the customary Love Island 20-second pause for dramatic effect). Hannah and Marco, who lived in the villa since the start of the season, proved that sometimes love really does conquer all – and in some cases, it steamrolls over the competition! The couple ended up splitting the $100,000 prize – and the landmark fifth season couldn’t have ended on a happier note.

Of course, the decision to renew Love Island USA for two more seasons was easy, thanks to the runaway success of Peacock’s spinoff competition show, Love Island Games. As it turns out, pitting Love Island all-stars and fan favorites against each other is a recipe for millions of eyeballs glued to television screens! The hit show is in the middle of its historic first season with episodes available on Peacock – but we’re sure you already knew that. If you’re anything like us, you’re impatiently waiting for new episodes to drop six days a week.

The two-season renewal of Love Island USA is the logical next step for Peacock programming. Simply put, Peacock is dedicated to offering unique and jaw-droppingly-entertaining shows and original movies, from Mr. Monk’s Last Case: A Monk Movie to Twisted Metal to Bupkis – and everything in between. In 2023, Peacock is your home for original shows and films you can’t see anywhere else in addition to its ever-growing library of classic television and movie content. (We can’t be the only ones still watching The Office daily, can we?)

However, one lingering question remains: Will Sarah Hyland reprise her role as host for the upcoming seasons? Fans know she is the heartbeat of the show, arguably more interested in the happenings in the villa than anyone watching at home! Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the “Queen of Love Island USA” is part of the upcoming seasons because she knows how to make waves like no other:

We’re not worried – even if Sarah Hyland hasn’t signed on yet, we’re sure Sarah’s legions of fans will take to social media to ensure she’s part of the next chapter of Love Island USA

As far as concrete airing dates are concerned, we advise fans to stay tuned. Although premiere dates have yet to be finalized, it’s a safe bet that Love Island USA Seasons 6 and 7 will be coming soon. Of course, stay tuned to Peacock and USA Insider for all the latest news on all things Love Island-related!
