Earlier this month, Iris Jardiel and Luke Wechselberger from “Temptation Island” Season 4 offered an update on their engagement, where they revealed they took a little break while simultaneously making great strides in their respective careers.
Since the show ended, Iris landed a very coveted job as an account executive at Worldwide Express in Bellevue, Washington. Luke mentioned how proud he was to see her succeed in the way she has since their time on “Temptation Island,” noting that the entrepreneur had successfully marketed herself and is now taking on massive clients and using her skills to navigate the corporate world.
While Iris has a particularly fruitful success story when it comes to a post-island career move, many of the former cast members on “Temptation Island” have gone on to have interesting and downright cool careers. Whether it’s using their newfound fame or simply their pre-existing skills, the reality dating show has played home to some very hardworking people over the years who now have dream jobs that range from working with their hands to building a business from the ground up.

Iris isn’t the only one in the relationship making huge career strides. Luke was recently named one of 425 Business’ 30 under 30 thanks to his entrepreneurial work, which includes building his very own e-commerce business. In addition, he spends a lot of time dishing out career advice for independent sellers on Amazon by way of his YouTube channel. Because of his know-how in the e-commerce space, he’s been invited to be a guest speaker at various business-leaning events where he doles out knowledge on how to make your small business compete in big spaces like Amazon.
Luke and Iris’ fellow Season 4 cast member Hania Stocker finished the show and returned to his first and greatest love: gardening. Before joining the cast of “Temptation Island,” Hania was a New Mexico-based garden designer.
He is the founder of Northern New Mexico Gardens, a consultation, design, installation and maintenance company that not only helps gardens thrive in the desert but prides itself on ethical and sustainable practices. Hania is all about making sure he respects nature while giving people in the state a place outdoors where they’ll truly enjoy spending time with their loved ones.
After her time on Season 1 with her then-boyfriend, Kady now uses her sales marketing expertise to help companies grow, scale, and develop a meaningful public brand through her very own Kannon Marketing Agency.
According to her website, the company was founded in 2019 after she spent more than six years as a freelancer with a background in financial wealth management and commercial real estate. Now, she resides in Dallas where she continues to accumulate clients for her own company.
In addition to a lucrative modeling career and a podcast, Season 4 cast member Ashley Rodriguez has used her celebrity status since leaving the show to launch her very own organic juice business with a friend, Rodsisters Juices.

After appearing on “Temptation Island” Season 2, Ashley went on to have an impressive career in reality TV casting. According to her LinkedIn, she’s found talent for reality dating shows like Peacock’s “Love Island,” and, most recently, helped find people to share her experience on “Temptation Island” Season 5. After all, who better to find someone who has what it takes than someone who has literally been there themself?
