How To Keep Up With The Cast Of 'The Traitors' On Instagram
Whether they're sharing their personal lives or giving behind-the-scenes tea, the cast of "The Traitors" is worth a follow on Instagram.
Upon arrival at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, the games began for the cast of "The Traitors."
“The Traitors” stars 20 cast members, and 10 of those are celebrities from other reality shows, including “Big Brother," “Survivor," "Below Deck," and "The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills," to name a few. The other 10 players in the game of “murder mayhem” are civilians who learned quickly how to plot, kill, and banish as they slinked around the gloomy, extravagant castle.
So now that all 10 episodes have streamed on Peacock, how can you keep up with “The Traitors” cast? Here’s a look at where you can find them all on social media.
Arie Luyendyk Jr. hails from Bachelor Nation. The luxury real estate agent was the first runner-up in “The Bachelorette” in 2012, and led season 22 of “The Bachelor” in 2018, which is where he met his wife, Lauren. Arie also appeared on “The Bachelor: Winter Games,” “The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart,” HGTV’s “House Hunters,” and Fox’s “Hell Kitchen."
In addition, he’s a self-published author with his children’s book “Baby Shelly Grows Inside Mom's Belly.” It's apt as he and his wife are expecting baby number four!
Brandi Glanville is known for causing drama in her role on Bravo's “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Since leaving "RHOBH," Brandi has gone on to appear in 13 other reality shows, including “Celebrity Apprentice,” “Celebrity Big Brother,” “My Kitchen Rules,” E!’s “Famously Single,” and Bravo’s “Ultimate Girls Trip.”
As shady as she may be, according to her, she can pick out a traitor anywhere.
“Survivor” fan favorite Cirie Fields has competed on “Survivor: Panama,” as well as
Micronesia," "Heroes vs. Villains," and "Game Changers." It all prepared her to be a master of deceit on Season 1 of “The Traitors.”
You can also watch her try to deduce a different kind of traitor on USA Network's "Snake In The Grass."
Amanda is an emergency room nurse from Carlisle, Pennsylvania. In addition to spending time with her husband and three dogs, she loves solving puzzles, murder mysteries, escape rooms, mazes, and more, which made her perfect for the game of deceit on “The Traitors.”
Amanda and her husband are currently renovating a farm property with the hopes of homesteading. She is also discussing her fertility journey and documenting it on Instagram.
Anjelica is a hairstylist from Staten Island, New York. She comes from a big Italian family, which means that she has no problem navigating larger-than-life personalities. She wears her heart on her sleeve and her emotional strength allows her to not only form deep connections with friends and family, but to spot a lie through social cues.
Her Instagram shows off her dramatic flair that we saw on “The Traitors.”
Andie is a director of music services based in Reno, Nevada, who’s passionate about farming and fashion. Andie is married to their wife, Jess, and they have a 4-month-old baby named Milo. The love on the page just jumps out, just like this amazing GIF captured on “The Traitors.”

Kate Chastain is well-known for her role as Chief Stew on Bravo’s “Below Deck," although the fan favorite retired from ship life after six seasons on the show. Kate has also shared her opinions on Bravo’s “Chat Room” and “Galley Talk.”
These days, she’s gearing up for her biggest role yet: being a mom.
Christian De La Torre is a retired Army veteran who loves to explore. He knows how to rough it and create meaningful social connections, which are traits that are needed to play this psychological thriller of a game. Based in Los Angeles, Christian is an actor who also describes himself as a "van life adventurer."
Kyle Cooke stars on Bravo’s “Summer House” and “Winter House.” He is also the founder of the adult beverage brand Loverboy.
While he’s known for partying, the “loverboy” posted on Instagram that he was excited he finally filmed a show that didn’t revolve around it. He seems to have adjusted well to castle life.
Geraldine is an actress from North Hollywood, California. She’s also a high-energy content creator with a degree in business marketing and management.
Geraldine enjoys hiking and dancing and is super competitive, which is a good trait to have when you’re playing a treacherous game. Her sense of humor is captured well on her Instagram, including the moment when her name was spelled multiple ways on “The Traitors.”
Michael Davidson (@michaeldavidson_)

In addition to her reality TV career, she works as a fashion designer and content creator. She’s also been sharing casting tips on social media for those who hope to find themselves in front of the camera one day.
Shelbe is a public affairs manager from Beaumont, Texas and a single mom. She prides herself on her honesty and her ability to strike up a conversation with anyone, which helps while she’s in the castle on "The Traitors."
Reza Farahan is best known for his role on Bravo’s “Shahs of Sunset,” where he was known to stir up drama just like on "The Traitors." These days, Reza works in the Los Angeles real estate world, representing clients from the movie industry, star athletes, and Middle Eastern royalty.
12-time Olympic medalist Ryan Lochte’s Instagram isn’t all about the water: You’ll also get to learn all about his home life with his wife and two kids as they await baby number three.
Ryan has partnered with Peacock before in his documentary “In Deep with Ryan Lochte” in 2020. He has also swam into reality television waters with “What Would Ryan Lochte Do?” as well on “Dancing with the Stars'' and “Celebrity Big Brother.”
Bam is a tech sales executive from New York who is a self-described “adrenaline junkie.” He’s a social butterfly who loves skydiving over volcanoes and swimming with sharks. It’s no wonder he's able to navigate the scariness and high-stress situations of “The Traitors.”
