Inside NASCAR Driver Ryan Blaney’s Pregnant Wife Gianna’s Baby Shower
The NASCAR star and his wife Gianna are gearing up to welcome their first child.
There’s exciting news in NASCAR nation, and it has nothing to do with cars.
NASCAR driver Ryan Blaney and his pregnant wife Gianna Blaney are expecting their first baby together, a boy. And in anticipation of her late 2025 due date, Gianna was celebrated during a blue-and-white-themed baby shower in Boca Raton, Florida. For the big day, the mom-to-be wore a flowing white dress that accentuated her baby bump.

In a series of snaps posted to her Instagram on Sept. 20, the 27-year-old posed with friends in front of a balloon arch, which featured various shades of blue. Guests were treated to a seated meal, with a coordinating blue-and-white floral tablescape and Gianna opened presents for her little boy, including tons of bibs and onesies.
As she captioned a series of pictures, “Our little man has no idea how lucky he already is.”
Good vibes are in the air for the couple, who wed in Dec. 2024. On Sept. 21, Ryan won the New Hampshire Cup Series Playoffs, which aired on USA Network, becoming the first driver to lock in a spot for the third round of Cup playoffs, which begins soon on Oct. 12.
Ryan is aiming for a spot in the Championship 4 for the third consecutive year. But regardless of what happens in the Finale at Phoenix Raceway, this season will be the couple’s most victorious yet.
In July, Gianna shared she is expecting the couple’s first child, posting photos of them looking at sonograms with their dog, Sturgill, by their side. “Been keeping a secret for far too long,” she wrote at the time, “but finally ready to share. Baby Blaney coming 2025!”
Since then, she’s been offering her fans a look inside her pregnancy, sharing a fireworks celebration to reveal the baby’s sex, a trip to northern California—“bumping around Sonoma”—and beach days in North Carolina.
And once the NASCAR season wraps, they’ll soon revving up for their next adventure as a family.
“I can’t say we necessarily drew it up that way. Just kind of got fortunate on the timing of it,” Ryan told Nascar.com of their due date. “Fingers crossed, it all goes to plan, and we can be kind of settled into the offseason by the time that the little one comes.”
