Love fun? Music? Games? Then you'll love USA Network's new game show "Barmageddon," in which celebrity guests go head-to-head in wild bar games at Blake Shelton's bar Ole Red in Nashville.

How to Watch

To further break down the show and what sets it apart, USA Insider digital correspondent Stephanie Gomulka spoke with Nikki Bella, the host of the show, and Carson Daly, who acts as the resident bartender in each episode.

"On 'The Voice,' we're seeking the greatest voice in America, the greatest singers, and on 'Barmageddon,' we're looking for the greatest drinkers and people who can play ridiculous bar games," Daly told USA Insider.

But what exactly makes a good "barthlete," anyway?

"It's somebody, first of all, who checks their ego at that front door ... We invite a lot of our celebrity friends to come on but if you've got a problem with someone calling out your flaws, this is not the show for you. You're not a good bar athlete," Daly explained before adding hand-eye coordination and core strength to the list of qualities.

Bella agreed with that assessment, adding you need to have a good sense of humor to compete on the show.

"You have to have a competitive spirit and you have to have a lot of fun. Like Carson said, you want to check your ego at the door. You come in here it's an open book class, so have a lot of fun. And don't take anything too seriously," she advised.

The duo also revealed what their favorite bar movies are. Daly chose a 1980s classic, "Barfly," which stars Mickey Rourke and Faye Dunaway. Bella, meanwhile, went in a different direction.

"See, I would say 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' being an Eagles fan ... but I feel like more 'Barmageddon' feels, I would want to go to 'Coyote Ugly.' It's good times, we could dance," she suggested.

Check out "Barmageddon" when new episodes air Mondays at 11 p.m. ET/PT on USA Network.
