After an explosive first season on USA Network, the hit legal drama is back in session and ready to serve fans with another thrilling ride inspired by John Grisham's titular novel.
Audiences will reunite with Milo Callaghan, Lana Parrilla, P.J. Byrne and Madison Iseman, while some new faces are joining the cast. Richard Kind will play Deck's estranged father, Merle Dandridge stars as a powerful attorney and Sarah's new boss while Austin Nichols joins as Bruiser's ex-husband.
As Nichols teased on X, "This character is gonna be a lot of fun to play."

How did The Rainmaker season 1 end?
Fans last saw Rudy Baylor (Callaghan) riding high after his major legal victory for J. Lyman Stone over Great Benefit. But his relationship with Sarah Plankmore (Iseman) shifted from romance to rivalry.
"We left it pretty grim," Callaghan told TV Insider of their dynamic. "Rudy's pretty done."
Meanwhile, the FBI was closing in on Leo Drummond (Slattery), and Brad Noonan (Wade Briggs) was behind bars alongside Melvin Pritcher (Dan Fogler). As for Bruiser Stone (Parrilla), she was back by Rudy's side and Deck Shifflet (Byrne) was preparing to take another shot at the bar exam.
And that's exactly where season two picks up.
"It's insane," Callaghan teased. "Everything we loved about making the first season, but bigger and better. We're going to learn a lot more about these people and their lives before Rudy came to J. Lyman Stone. We're going to meet a few new faces, reconnect with a few old ones. Wherever we smell injustice, there's room for a fight."
