Sheamus is currently chasing the only WWE title that’s eluded him his entire career: the Intercontinental Championship. After an unsuccessful challenge against the current champion Gunther in what is being called the match of the year, Sheamus decided to bring back his Celtic Warrior Workout YouTube channel for the first time in nearly two years to help him prepare for battle. The future WWE Hall of Famer announced that he will be uploading videos on his channel again, most notably known for showcasing the workouts of Sheamus and various other WWE stars such as John Cena, Drew McIntyre, and Charlotte Flair.

What better way for the series to return than to guide fans through a workout with one of the most impressive physiques in WWE history, Bobby Lashley? In the video fittingly titled, “Bobby Lashley Unleashes The ‘Average Bob’ Workout” the former United States Champion walked Sheamus through his workout and physically destroyed him in the process. It takes a lot to tire out the Celtic Warrior, but if there’s anybody who can do it, Bobby Lashley is the man. Of course, the workout was anything but average as Lashley showed why he is a machine while Sheamus impressively kept up with most of the workout.

In addition to the workouts, the videos give fans a glimpse into the personalities of their favorite stars and allows them to learn a thing or two about them. For example, Lashley disclosed his ultimate cheat meal: cookies! For the most part though, the channel provides the WWE Universe with an opportunity to workout like their favorite performers and see what types of exercises they do, something that most celebrities and athletes keep private.

Sheamus’ channel, which is called Celtic Warrior Workouts, has almost 750,000 subscribers with some of his most popular videos reaching more than 15 million views. Currently, Sheamus and the rest of the Brawling Brutes are in the midst of an intense and extremely physical feud with Imperium, a trio made up of Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, and Giovanni Vinci. On the other hand, Lashley just lost his United States Championship to Seth Rollins last week on RAW, but has bigger problems to worry about with Brock Lesnar viciously attacking him last week.

You can rewatch Sheamus versus Gunther’s match of the year candidate from Clash at the Castle on demand on the WWE Network on Peacock!
