Jennifer Tilly continues to be the queen of sharing teasers for “Chucky” Season 2 on social media. This time, hot off the announcement of Lachlan Watson's casting as Glen/Glenda, she shared the first image of what the character will look like.

How to Watch

Watch Chucky on the USA app and Peacock.

Tilly took to Twitter on Tuesday shortly after it was confirmed that Watson was joining Season 2 as the non-binary twins of Charles Lee Ray and Tiffany Valentine. In her post, she shared an image of herself posing on set with the new cast member.

In the image, Watson is all smiles as they pose with Tilly in what appears to be their Glen/Glenda costume. Watson sports baggy jeans and a tie-dye shirt. The biggest tell that this is their Glen/Glenda getup, though, is the bright orange hair that’s the exact same shade as their dad’s (when he’s in murderous doll form, that is).

“Thrilled to welcome the wonderful #LachlanWatson to the #chuckyfamily!” Tilly captioned the image.

For those unfamiliar, Glen/Glenda was first introduced in “Seed of Chucky,” the fifth installment in the franchise. The audience first met Glen, a sweet, sentient doll who is the complete opposite of his murderous parents. However, after going on a journey to find them, it’s revealed that his twin sister, Glenda, also inhabits the body and happens to share their parents’ proclivity for murder and mayhem. The last time viewers saw Glen/Glenda, they’d transferred their souls into separate human bodies and had a bloody falling out with their dad. They were living in Los Angeles as the children of Jennifer Tilly — who is canonically possessed by Tiffany in the franchise.

Now that they’ve grown up, fans will have to wait for their return in Season 2 to see how life has treated them in the years since “Seed of Chucky” as well as if they’re happy with their Hollywood upbringing under the possessed Oscar nominee.
