Cruise ship companies are finally setting sail after pandemic

After being docked for more than a year due to the pandemic, cruise ships are getting ready to sail from the U.S. again by the end of the month. But some health and safety rules for those voyages are still in limbo. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
