Viola Davis is an Oscar-, Emmy- and Tony Award-winning actress whose best-known films include Doubt, The Help, Antwone Fisher, Eat Pray Love, Suicide Squad and Fences. On the small screen, she has portrayed Annalise Keating on How to Get Away with Murder since 2014. Additionally, Davis is a two-time Tony Award winner for her performances in King Hedley II and Fences. In 2021, Davis made Oscars history as the most-nominated Black actress in Hollywood. She was nominated for four Academy Awards, one of which was Best Actress for her latest film Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.
