Tracey Ullman is an Emmy Award-winning comedian, actress and singer. Her debut album, You Broke My Heart in 17 Pieces, was released in 1983 and featured the hit singles "Breakaway" and "They Don't Know." From 1987 to 1990, Ullman starred on her own self-titled variety show, which produced several shorts about the Simpson family before it became a standalone animated series. She also created the sketch comedy shows Tracey Takes On for HBO and Tracey Ullman's State of the Union for Showtime. As an actress, Ullman won an Emmy for her work on Ally McBeal and starred in the films Bullets Over Broadway, Robin Hood: Men in Tights and Small Time Crooks. She most recently starred in Disney's adaptation of Broadway musical Into the Woods. She returns to television on Tracey Ullman's Show, premiering October 28 on HBO.
