Tom Colicchio

Chef

Chef Tom Colicchio is the founder of the Craft Restaurant Group and the recipient of eight James Beard Awards, including Outstanding Chef. He opened Gramercy Tavern with Danny Meyer in 1994 and Craft on his own in 2001. After establishing Craft and Craftbar, Colicchio expanded his brand, opening a Craftsteak at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Las Vegas as well as Craft and Craftbar in LA. Colicchio opened his first 'wichcraft, a sandwich shop, in New York in 2003 and Colicchio & Sons in 2010. He has also penned three cookbooks and serves as head judge on Bravo's Emmy-winning reality competition, Top Chef.
