Ms. Lauryn Hill is a singer-songwriter, rapper and former member of the Fugees. The group scored critical and commercial success with their Grammy Award-winning 1996 album, The Score, and its hit single "Killing Me Softly." Hill released her debut solo album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, in 1998. It went on to produce the hit song "Doo Wop (That Thing)" and win Hill five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year and Best New Artist. The singer's latest project is the album Nina Revisited... A Tribute to Nina Simone, on which she sings several tracks.
