TV Personality

Lester Holt is an award-winning journalist and the anchor of NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt. He also serves as principal anchor of Dateline NBC, a role he's held since 2011. Prior to joining NBC News in 2000, Holt served as an anchor at MSNBC. He was inducted into the California Hall of Fame in 2015. Holt recently anchored the first edition of NBC's Nightly News: Kids Edition, a newscast that aims to inform the younger generation of current events. The program can be seen on YouTube, with new episodes premiering twice a week.
