FKA twigs is a British singer and songwriter. She began writing music at age 16 and moved to London to attend dance school at age 17. Her debut EP, titled EP1, was released in 2012; EP2 was released a year later. Her first album, LP1, was released in 2014 and nominated for the Mercury Prize and the Grammy for Best Recording Package. FKA twigs' latest release, the EP M3LL155X, was released in 2015. Her new album, Magdalene, will be released in October 2019.
