Daniel Humm is the chef and co-owner of Make It Nice restaurant group, which owns Eleven Madison Park, The NoMad and Made Nice. Since becoming the executive chef of Eleven Madison Park in 2006, he and his restaurant have earned seven James Beard Foundation Awards, including Outstanding Chef and Outstanding Restaurant in America, and three Michelin stars. The NoMad has also earned a Michelin star and a James Beard Foundation Award. Humm and former business partner Will Guidara have released four cookbooks: Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook, I Love New York: Ingredients and Recipes, The NoMad Cookbook and Eleven Madison Park: The Next Chapter. Humm recently launched the fine-dining restaurant Davies and Brook at The Claridge’s hotel in London.
