Artie Lange is an actor, comedian and radio personality best known for his time spent as a sidekick on The Howard Stern Show. Prior to working with Stern, Lange starred on the sketch comedy series MADtv from 1995 to 1997. His popularity earned him a role opposite Norm McDonald in 1998's Dirty Work and the following year, he joined the cast of McDonald's self-titled sitcom. Following his departure from The Howard Stern show in 2009, Lange hosted his own sports and entertainment radio show on DirecTV titled The Artie Lange Show from 2011 until 2014. Lange is also the author of two memoirs, 2008's Too Fat to Fish and 2013's Crash and Burn. His latest comedy special, The Stench of Failure, premiered on Comedy Central in October 2014. The comedian also hosts The Artie Quitter Podcast.
