In the toolbox of bad guys, Jack Payne (Eddie McClintock) is the hammer. And as the saying goes, when you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Payne is ex-military, the wetwork guy who gets sent in when something nasty needs getting done. Except it turns out that Bob Lee Swagger might be the first nut Jack Payne can't quite crack. Payne is as crazy as he is charismatic, as perverse as he is perceptive. While the other players in this dangerous game are driven by money or power or patriotism or truth, Jack Payne's just in it for fun.

Eddie McClintock stars in USA Network’s conspiracy thriller Shooter as Jack Payne, a homeland security counter intelligence agent who works with Isaac Johnson (Omar Epps, House).

An award-winning actor, McClintock received recognition from the Burbank International Film Festival as Best Actor for his performance in A Fish Story.
