The Line
S2 episode 1 Aired on June 11, 2014

When we last left Agent Mike Warren, he was headed to D.C. a hero.  As tales of his undercover exploits spread, it didn’t take long for the ambitious young agent to parlay his rock star status into a fling with a fetching senior co-worker and a chance to run his own op investigating a bus line that may be the front for drug smuggling across the U.S. border from Mexico.

But now, after months of working his theory with nothing to show for it, it seems Agent Warren’s rising star may be falling to earth.  So when Mike gets a call from Briggs with news that the Caza Cartel has a hit out on him, he’s only too eager to use himself as the bait in a sting operation if it means taking down a billion dollar criminal organization for another big win.  It isn’t long before Mike is touching down in Southern California.  But while his homecoming is sweet, things have changed at Graceland, not least of all Paul Briggs.  Haunted by the murder of Juan Badillo, Briggs isn’t the brash gunslinger he used to be, and when the sting takes an unexpected turn Briggs calls off the op to protect Mike.

But Mike’s ambition won’t be denied, and he’s willing to go to any lengths, even alienate his former housemates, if it will help reenergize his career.  However, Mike’s unrepentant drive to get back on top may soon put him in the line of fire, with no one to rely on but himself…
