Josh Taylor plays Roman Brady on NBC's daytime drama "Days of our Lives."

Taylor grew up in Chillicothe, Illinois. He graduated from Dartmouth College and then went on to graduate from the University of Denver Law School. He then moved to Los Angeles to become an actor. It worked out for him. He has played that role for 24 years. He also played the father on "The Hogan Family," an NBC show that ran for five years and was part of a cast that included Jason Bateman and Sandy Duncan. Taylor also played the part of Jack McKay, the father of Luke Perry's Dylan McKay, on "Beverly Hills 90210." Taylor has said that he feels very fortunate to have been lucky enough to work very consistently in a very tough business. He says he still loves being an actor and very much appreciates and enjoys being a part of "Days of our Lives."

In his private life, he is married to Lisa and has been for 21 years.
