Dear Chrisley Nation:
I hope everyone is having a fabulous summer, which for the Chrisleys means fun, family, and Julie’s delicious cooking! And this week, you got to see just how crazy things can get when there are too many cooks in Julie’s kitchen. If you watched last night’s episode, then you saw a rare thing: Julie lose her cool! Not that I can blame her -- those kids can be more trouble than help sometimes…
Still, what an amazing cook my wife has become! I’m so proud to see her doing what she loves and freaking KILLING IT. That woman is a force of nature and I can’t believe I get to share my life with such a beautiful wife, mother, and person. Of course her desserts for The Brothers Burgers were a huge success -- Julie rises to every occasion with heart and determination. Plus, she loves what she does which makes it its own reward.
When my family is happy, I’m happy -- which is why I’m over the moon this week. Y’all have to watch Savannah in her very first music video. The song is called “Prayed for You” by the crazy-talented country artist Matt Stell and it features Savannah and Nic in a beautiful story about faith and love. Believe me, if you hear your 20-year-old daughter is going to be in a music video, the first thing a father does (right after he wakes up from passing out) is hunt down the man whose idea it was. However, this is a very uplifting song and a respectful treatment of my daughter and it’s a great song to boot. So please check it out!
Thanks for another great week with my #ToddSquad! We're so grateful to y'all every day for blessing this family with your kind words and look forward sharing more Tuesday nights to come!
