It's a big day for fans of The Sinner, as executive producer Jessica Biel (who played Cora Tannetti in the first installment) with the caption: "Once again, we know WHO did it… but we don’t know WHY." Check out the full trailer for The Sinner, premiering Wednesday, Aug. 1, on USA Network:
Meanwhile, we learned more information about newly announced cast member (and real-life spouse to Sinner co-star Carrie Coon) Tracy Letts, who appears in the above trailer. According to the show, Letts (Lady Bird, Divorce) will be starring as Jack Novack, "father of rookie detective Heather Novack and childhood friend of Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman). Jack is excited that Ambrose is returning to their hometown for a new case but is still hurt by his lack of effort to maintain their friendship after his departure."
Check out the first photo of Letts and Pullman playing opposite one another, as well as a new snap of Coon's mysterious character Vera, holding Julian (Elisha Henig), the 11-year-old boy who murdered his parents and has no apparent motive...
