Thomas Kelly is a writer and producer who has developed and produced numerous television shows including, “The Black Donnelly’s” on NBC, “Tilt,” “The Sandhods” and “Blue Bloods.” Additionally, Kelly served as the showrunner on the BBCA series, “Copper” and as executive producer/showrunner on the “The Get Down.”  His documentary, “The Greatest Tunnel Ever Built” won best documentary prize at the Vison Fest film festival at Tribeca Cinemas.

Kelly is also a critically acclaimed novelist and his last two books, “The Rackets” and “Empire Rising,” were selected as New York Times notable books of the year.
