Litt The Hell Up

When Jonathan Sidwell calls Mike to his office, the young investment banker assumes his boss has finally uncovered his back stabbing deal with Charles Forstman.  But it’s not betrayal Sidwell is interested in; it’s collusion.  Sean Cahill is continuing to rattle cages, and Sidwell is pissed, to put it mildly.

And he isn’t the only one.  When Cahill drags Logan Sanders in for questioning, Jessica decides enough is enough.  She wants Harvey to make the Gillis headache go away for good, and that means getting Mike and Logan in a room together to discuss a buyout.  But the task won’t be easy, especially since Mike is now the one with leverage, and he sees the buyout going in his favor.

While Harvey tries to get Mike and Logan to the table, Jessica turns to Louis for an extra measure of protection should Cahill come sniffing around their books.  Louis soon turns up a piece of information that could save the firm – and perhaps go a long way to getting him back in Harvey’s good graces.

At the same time, Rachel tries to put a stop to whatever is happening between she and Logan.  But you can’t deny chemistry, and when a visit to Logan’s condo ends with a kiss, Rachel’s subsequent attempts to put more distance between herself and her former flame may have disastrous consequences for Mike.

Meanwhile, Louis revels in his chance to play hero, but when his good intentions run afoul of Harvey’s plans yet again, his attempts to atone may put him in a compromising position.

About Suits

While running from a drug deal gone bad, brilliant college dropout Mike Ross slips into a job interview with one of New York City’s best attorneys, Harvey Specter.  Tired of cookie-cutter law school grads, Harvey hires Mike on the spot when he sees the young man’s gifted mind and photographic memory in action.

Since then, Harvey and Mike have closed cases and tried to navigate the treacherous waters of the legal world without letting it slip that Mike doesn’t have a degree.  Along the way, they’ve enjoyed personal triumphs, suffered heartbreaking losses, and built a surrogate family with their closest confidants at the firm.

Recently, this family was almost pulled apart when a merger with Darby International pitted Harvey and founding partner Jessica Pearson against each other.  But while war between Harvey and his mentor seemed inevitable, their bond proved too strong to be broken, and the two made amends in time to save the firm from a murder cover-up.

Out of the ashes of that scandal, Pearson Specter emerged stronger than ever.  And now, for the first time, Harvey and Mike are enjoying happiness in both their personal and professional lives.  But in the high stakes legal world, contentment doesn’t last long…and Mike’s secret is still hanging over their heads, waiting to tear down everything they worked so hard to build.
