Bubba Sparxxx
"As in 'third time is the charm,'" explains Bubba Sparxxx of the significance of the title of his newest album THE CHARM, due on fellow southern rapper Big Boi's new imprint with Virgin Records, Purple Ribbon Records. But it's also as in "platinum plaque," a "charm" the deserving southern-bred MC has yet to take home after his first two critically-acclaimed albums released on Timbaland's Beat Club Records (Interscope).
Now, with hit songs, impressive lyrical content, a new understanding of the business, and the excitement of a new label behind him, THE CHARM might just be Bubba Sparxxx's lucky number. It might just be The Charm.

- Bubba's names comes from … "In the rural South, 'bubba' is like how people say 'dude' in California. It's a name for a regular southern man. Sparxxx is something I just came up with. I knew a lot of people that made and ran moonshine back home, and triple-X represents potency. If you get a jug of shine and it has three X's, you know it's the good stuff."

- 2003 – Deliverance: A highly introspective look at life in rural America that cut to the heart if who Bubba Sparxx is. A marriage if country and hip-hop with pounding beats supporting fiddles, harmonicas and plenty of twangs.
- 2006 – The Charm: His most ambitious album to date. A blending of funky commercial sound and occasional deep introspection. Production by Big Boi, Organized Noise, Timbaland, Mr. DJ, Bsement Beats and the Heathmakes.
