Lisa, the newest 4400 Fan of the Week, would like to make sure all children have a loving family. Here is her entry:

Lisa T. If I were a member of the 4400, I would have the ability to match orphaned children with the perfect adoptive family. The family would love the child and vice versa and there would never be any problems for anyone in the family. This would be beneficial for the people of the future because many children's lives would be different if they had a real family, rather than being shuffled from one foster family to another. I think this would be a good ability for me because I love children and I love to help them in anyway I know of. I plan to adopt many children later in my life.
