Patrick Flueger stars as "Shawn Farrell" in the USA Network original series The 4400.
A native of Red Wing, Minnesota, Flueger's first movie role was as "Jeremiah" in Disney's The Princess Diaries in 2001. Although the male lead went to another actor, director Garry Marshall liked Flueger so much that he created a supporting role specifically for him. Flueger recently wrapped filming on The World's Fastest Indian, with Anthony Hopkins.
Flueger has appeared in a number of television roles, guest-starring on shows including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Grounded for Life, Judging Amy, CSI: Miami, Boston Public, JAG and It's All Relative. Additionally, Flueger was a lead in CBS's movie of the week 12 Mile Road, alongside Tom Selleck. He also appeared in the Showtime movie Paradise with Barbara Hershey and David Strathairn.
Flueger spent his recent hiatus traveling throughout Europe. In his free time, he plays guitar and is a lead singer in a rock band. He also writes music, some of which will be heard during the second season of The 4400.
