Suits is undoubtedly my favorite show on television. It is smart, funny, unexpected and complicated. Mike is like that kid in high school who was born cool . . . yet he manages to be real and amazingly unaffected by his own boyish charm. Harvey? How many men are named Harvey under the age of 70? He's like a Rolls Royce . . . sleek and shiny on the outside, soft and cushy on the inside. There are no words to describe Jessica and Donna . . . FINALLY, female characters who are beautiful, intelligent and feisty. Donna won the hearts of America with that first wink to Harvey in episode one. I loved hearing that she has been friends with Harvey in real life for 20 years. It makes the interaction between them even more interesting. Louis Litt is the rather pathetic caricature of a villain (are those teeth real?), while newcomer Daniel looks to be the real deal. All that and a great theme song to boot. I can't wait for the next episode. USA is my go-to network. Suits may be the shining star in my USA lineup, but White Collar, Fairly Legal, Necessary Roughness, Covert Affairs, Common Law, Royal Pains and Burn Notice make for a stellar constellation. GO USA!
