Zach’s apartment on a wire and is then moved around the apartment to look for her journal. It was hours of exhausting wirework for stunt double
Ann Scott.
Debra Messing wanted to perform the stunt herself, especially the initial drop into the apartment, but Executive Producers didn’t want the star hurt, especially not in the second episode.
During the filming of this fantasy, crew realized that there were a lot more people on set than usual. The fantasy sequences had quickly become an event not to be missed among all departments and everyone would flock to the stages to watch the filming of them.
