GODFATHER FANTASY Director Dan Lerner played the original Godfather music during the filming to recreate the atmosphere perfectly; this is one of his favorite fantasy sequences in the series. In order to get the effect of Kenny�s decapitated head, a fake bed was made out of foam with a hole in it and a space beneath it where Actor David Allan Basche could sit, all be it slightly uncomfortably. The scene, one of only two with blood, was filmed on Actor David Allan Basche�s birthday.
