To enter without using a mobile phone, or if you are not a Verizon Wireless subscriber, you may enter via the online method as described below. The Starter Wife "Molly's Must-Haves" Text to Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by USA Network/Universal Television Networks ("USA Network"), 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York 10112 and Verizon Wireless ("Verizon Wireless"), One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920 (collectively, "Sponsors").

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal, permanent US residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Officers, directors, agents, and employees of Sponsors, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in or win the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD/HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on October 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on December 18, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All times in this Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time. This Sweepstakes consists of nine (9) weekly sweepstakes ("Weekly Promotions") conducted over the ten (10) weeks comprising the Sweepstakes Period. No Weekly Promotion will occur during the week of November 28, 2008 through December 4, 2008. Each Weekly Promotion will consist of: (i) a promotion period (a "Weekly Entry Period") that will begin at 9:00 pm on Friday and will end the following Thursday at 11:59 pm, as detailed in the chart below, and (ii) a random drawing (a "Weekly Drawing"), conducted on the Weekly Drawing Date specified in the chart below, from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period. The number of winners selected during each of the nine (9) Weekly Drawings will vary, as specified in the chart below. Non-winning entries for each Weekly Promotion will not be eligible for any of the subsequent Weekly Promotions drawings. There will be a total of forty-four (44) Weekly Promotions winners throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries for each Weekly Promotion must be received by the "Weekly Entry Period End Date" for that particular Weekly Promotion as specified in the chart below. Entries for the last Weekly Promotion (Weekly Promotion 9) must be received by 11:59 pm on December 18, 2008. Limit of one (1) entry per person, mobile phone, or email address per Weekly Entry Period for a total number of entries not to exceed nine (9) entries during the entire Sweepstakes. Regardless of the method of entry, you are limited to ONE (1) entry per person, email address, or mobile phone for each Weekly Entry Period. Entries from the same person in excess of one (1) for any Weekly Entry Period will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
a. Verizon Wireless Subscriber Text Message Method of Entry: To enter this Sweepstakes via text message, you must be a Verizon Wireless subscriber during the Sweepstakes Period and have a text messaging capable mobile phone. Text message method of entry available only to Verizon Wireless subscribers. Verizon Wireless subscribers can enter each Weekly Promotion by texting the unique keyword ("Weekly Keyword") featured in the corresponding weekly on-air spot to USATXT (872898). Once a Weekly Entry Period has begun, participants may text the corresponding Weekly Keyword (and enter the Weekly Promotion) until the end of such Weekly Entry Period, as listed in the chart below. For each response submitted via text message, you will receive one (1) entry into the Weekly Promotion. Please use caution and do not drive while entering the Sweepstakes. You will be charged for the message that originates from your handset according to the terms in your Rate Plan with Verizon Wireless. Verizon Wireless charges are up to 15¢ per domestic text message sent and received. If you subscribe to a Verizon Wireless TXT Messaging plan, usage will be deducted from you plan's allowance; excess usage will be billed at 10¢ per text message sent and received. Verizon Wireless Prepay subscribers are charged 10¢ per text message sent and received. Text messaging is not available in all areas.

b. Online Method of Entry: To enter this Sweepstakes without using a mobile phone, or if you are not a Verizon Wireless subscriber, visit starterwife.usanetwork.com (the "Website"), click on the Sweepstakes banner or link, and complete the online registration form in its entirety and submit your entry. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply.

3. RANDOM DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: On or about the "Weekly Drawing Date" for each Weekly Promotion, the corresponding number of weekly winners ("Weekly Winners") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period by employees or representatives of Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes. (See chart above for specific Weekly Drawing Dates and corresponding number of Weekly Winners for each particular Weekly Promotion). Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during a particular Weekly Entry Period. Each potential Weekly Winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Winning is subject to verification of eligibility, and each potential Weekly Winner (or such potential Weekly Winner's parent or legal guardian if such potential Weekly Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of legal residence), may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release ("Affidavit and Release") and Publicity Release (where legal) within seven (7) days of date of attempted delivery. Noncompliance within this time period, with these Official Rules, or the return of or inability to deliver any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and, at Sponsors' sole discretion, and time permitting, an alternate potential Weekly Winner may be selected. Limit of one (1) prize per family or household per Weekly Promotion.

4. PRIZE: There will be a total of forty-four (44) weekly prizes (each a "Weekly Prize").

• Week 1: Ten (10) BlackBerry(r) Pearl(tm) smartphones in Pink from Verizon Wireless ("BlackBerry") (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $400 each);
  
• Week 2: Three (3) pairs of Tom Ford Sunglasses (ARV $360 each);
  
• Week 3: One (1) Cartier Tank Watch (ARV $4,950);
  
• Week 4: One (1) Macbook Air (ARV $1,799);
  
• Week 5: Two (2) pairs of Christian Louboutin Boots (ARV $1,295 each);
  
• Week 6: One (1) Jennifer Meyer Jewelry Set, to be determined within sole discretion of Sponsors (ARV $3,650);
  
• Week 7: One (1) Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Keepall (ARV $1,250);
  
• Week 8: Five (5) $1,000 Online Clothing Retailer Gift Certificates (ARV $1,000 each). Retailer to be determined by Sponsor at Sponsors' sole discretion.
  
• Week 9: Twenty (20) Lauren Merkin signature "Molly" Clutches (ARV $225 each);
  

Total ARV for all Weekly Prizes is $28,819.00.
All Weekly Prize details will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Weekly Prize are the sole responsibility of Weekly Winner. No transfer, substitution or cash redemption will be awarded in lieu of stated Prize except by Sponsors who reserve the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. For Weekly Prizes with an ARV exceeding $600, Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Weekly Winner for the ARV of Weekly Prize for the tax year in which Weekly Prize was won. Gift card/certificate restrictions may apply.
If a Weekly Prize is unclaimed, it will be forfeited, and an alternate Weekly Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries submitted during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period. If a Weekly Prize element is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of Weekly Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors' prize obligation to Weekly Winner, and no additional compensation will be awarded.
Use of BlackBerry(r) Prize: BlackBerry being awarded as prizing is branded for Verizon Wireless, and as such is only compatible with Verizon Wireless mobile phone services. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges that the BlackBerry will not operate without activation, airtime and other services that are not included with Prize, and that if entrant should win a BlackBerry, such entrant shall be responsible for the set up and payment of any monthly airtime service fees as well as any other applicable set-up or other applicable fees in order to activate the BlackBerry. Entrants acknowledge and agree that use of the BlackBerry is subject to acceptance of the BlackBerry End User License Agreement provided with the BlackBerry. When entrant subscribes for, acquires, or uses third-party products and services with the BlackBerry, entrant accepts that: 1. It is entrant's sole responsibility to (a) ensure that his/her airtime service provider will support all of its features; (b) identify and acquire all required intellectual property and other licenses prior to installation or use and to comply with the terms of such licenses; 2. The Sponsors provide such products and services on an "AS IS" basis with no express or implied conditions, endorsements, guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind, and assume no liability whatsoever with respect to them.

5. GENERAL RULES: Acceptance of Weekly Prize constitutes permission to Sponsors and their designees to use Weekly Winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant (i) agrees to release and hold Sponsors, USA Network, NBC Universal, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Sweepstakes or misuse, nonuse or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto); (ii) waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorney' fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter; and (iii) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, garbled, delayed or undelivered entries; or for technical hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind, lost, unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit an individual's ability to participate. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify any implicated entrant(s), (and their entries) if any fraud, virus, actions by entrants, technical or other error or problem of any kind, or any other occurrence corrupts or affects the administration, integrity, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to award any prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the event or action warranting such cancellation. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted at the Website. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant who submitted online, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If you enter by text messaging, you must have a valid Verizon Wireless mobile telephone number ("MTN") and account. In case of a dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the Verizon Wireless Authorized Account Holder of the MTN. The "Verizon Wireless Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned a MTN by Verizon Wireless or as shown by Verizon Wireless' records. Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other error or any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes.
Due to the nature of television, the broadcast dates and times of each first run episode of The Starter Wife (and, therefore, the entry and random drawing dates and times) are subject to change. In the event The Starter Wife is canceled prior to exhibition, the Sweepstakes will terminate as of the date of cancellation. Additionally (and without limiting the foregoing), if for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of being run or implemented as planned, including, but not limited to, as the result of infection by computer viruses or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause of any kind, which, in Sponsors' sole judgment, is likely to or actually corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or any part of the Sweepstakes and any prize may not be awarded; except that Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to pick winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsors up until the time of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, as applicable. Any changes will be posted on the Website.

6. WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, available after February 1, 2009, please send a postage paid envelope to The Starter Wife "Molly's Must-Haves" Text to Win Sweepstakes, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 21st Floor, New York, NY 10112 by April 1, 2009.

7. NO WARRANTIES: Sponsors make no warranties covering any of the Weekly Prizes furnished as part of this Sweepstakes.

8. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant, Sponsors or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application or the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. If any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the breach of any term hereof, cannot be otherwise resolved, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the County of New York, and administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services ("JAMS") in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures or subsequent versions thereof (the "JAMS Rules"). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be an experienced arbitrator licensed to practice law in New York. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding, final and conclusive and shall not be appealable to any court.
9. PRIVACY: Weekly Winners' names and contact information will be shared by Sponsors in order to contact Weekly Winners for the purpose of fulfillment of Weekly Prizes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants authorize Verizon Wireless to provide USA Network with their text messaging address and email address. Information supplied by non-winning entrants will be shared by Sponsors in accordance with their respective privacy policies, posted at http://www.usanetwork.com/privacy/ and www.verizonwireless.com/jsp/privacy.jsp.
