Well it all started when my ex-husband decided to leave me for another woman, because he said I was working too much for him. The thing was, he didn't work, so therefore I had to work extra to pay all of the bills. He left me in so much debt, because he took money out of my checking account that was for bill paying. Therefore, I couldn't pay my bills on time. I was at least $5,000 in debt.

When he left I still had the house due to me paying for it, but my mother, and stepfather helped me out tremendously. When I got my new boyfriend, he also took on a huge task, and helped me through everything.

It was heartbreaking to me at first since we had two children together, but since I met my new boyfriend, he has taught me a lot about getting high self-esteem back. For anyone who is going through a messy divorce, like I am where their husbands don't want to sign any papers, try to work a deal out with the ex, and see if that works.

I can say now, that, yes, I am much better off without my ex.
