Divya Katdare

Divya (Reshma Shetty) is a practical, efficient, and ambitious young woman who would rather be Hank's physician assistant than do what her family thinks is appropriate for a young lady of her socio-economic status: attend polo matches and plan charity events.

She shows up at Hank's Westhampton motel room with a resume in hand--and mobile medical equipment in her trunk--demanding that Hank hire her as his assistant. She's definitely got something to prove to her traditional parents, who aren't quite down with her program...yet.

But even after they find out what she really does with her time, they are adamant that she go through with her arranged marriage to childhood friend, Raj, and move to London to start a family. After some soul-searching, Divya decides to fulfill her obligation--that is until a handsome, kind-hearted patient makes her question what love is all about. By the end of the summer, there are just one too many signs that her destiny is not in London with Raj. Maybe HankMed won't have to find her replacement after all...
