1. Make a Plan...and Stick With It
Ideally getting fit should be a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix so you can look good for an upcoming vacation or high school reunion. A killer body is great but good health is everything and unfortunately there aren't any shortcuts. It involves time, energy, possibly some expense, dedication and most of all, consistency. Commit to being consistent. It's easier in the long run-and better for you-to do a little bit every day instead of a lot every once in awhile.
