Quintana Karena Interchangeable Shoe

Quintana and Jessica are good friends who live in San Diego and San Francisco respectively. They met three years ago while working in pharmaceutical sales and quickly bonded over their love of shoes and travel. Their major complaint is that it's not easy for women to pack different shoes for different outfits on a business trip, and thus, the Quintana Karena Interchangeable Shoe was born.

Jessica still works as a pharmaceutical sales rep, but Quintana now dedicates herself full time to the development of the shoe. Neither has any formal training in shoe design, so Quintana traveled to China in October of 2004 with nothing more than her great idea and the explicit goal of finding a shoemaker to help her with this concept. This team has literally gone to the ends of the earth to develop this product.

QK: Gandhi
JP: My mother and father first and foremost, but Oprah also inspires me.

QK: Traveling, reading, running, yoga, learning anything new.
JP: Reading, dancing, running, travel, and any form of exercise.
