LET'S GET IT AHN (#2_213)
EPISODE PREMIERE: July 26, 2009
LOGLINE:
A world-class counterfeiter witness – whose girlfriend's infidelity moved her to confess – is suspected in the murder of another "friend". Even the clues seem forged, until Mary and Marshall realize they may be hiding a witness from the government itself.

SYNOPSIS:
Helen Trask, an artist at heart, is one of the country's most skilled counterfeiters of hundred-dollar bills. When she catches her girlfriend, Ahn Li, getting down and dirty with her North Korean business partner, Helen calls the Secret Service to turn in herself and her business partner. Despite the fact that there is now a $10 million dollar bounty on her head and she has created a veritable hornet's nest between the Secret Service, the CIA, the Chinese mob, and the North Korean government, all Helen wants to do is see her lyin'-cheatin'-sociopathic-multiple-felon of a girlfriend. Stan lets Mary tell Helen the bad news about the likelihood of that particular request.

Thankfully, sixteen months later, Helen's urge seems to have passed as she has settled into her new life and even moved on to a new friend, Carolyn Straub, a divorcée who has recently come out. But when Carolyn is murdered, Helen's fingerprints are found at the scene. Now it's up to Mary and Marshall not only to clear Helen's name but also to make sure that this incident isn't proof that Helen's enemies have gotten that much closer to their mark.

While killing time at a diner, Marshall spots the engagement ring on Mary's finger. Instead of congratulating her, he shows signs of having mixed feelings about this recent development—perhaps just as mixed as Mary's own thoughts on the matter. And while Brandi helps "Chico" move in to Mary's house, the mixed feelings that had bubbled up when Brandi was helping Raphael recover from his injury briefly resurface. But just as quickly, they push them away and carry on with unpacking Raph's boxes.
