Albuquerque's new WitSec director may be new to the squad room, but not to the US Marshal service. Fresh on the scene in New Mexico, Allison Pearson doesn't hesitate to rock the boat. Viewed by Mary and Marshall as inexperienced, she's still as confident as ever and ready to lay down her version of the law.

Having rubbed elbows with the President of the United States, Allison comes straight from DC with a know-it-all attitude that doesn't initially gel with the WitSec scene. Mary and Marshall don't respect her at first because she's never worked the streets or logged any real hours as an inspector. Meanwhile, Stan is in her back pocket.

Allison must learn how to balance her Washington brashness with her new-kid-on-the-block demeanor.
