If Maple Grove gave out awards for "Nicest Family" and "Most Annoying Family", the Monroes (James McCauley, Courtney Rackley, Allie Carieri) would have two trophies on their mantle. As the only clients of Gayle's who remove their shoes to protect her carpet, the Monroes bring new meaning to politeness. Driven by constant guilt and incessant self-blame, the family can't open an umbrella without assuming they themselves caused the rain. And to the surprise of no one, daughter Rebecca's ringtone is One Republic's "Apologize".
