As the default cure-all for every problem under Maple Grove's sun, Gayle's (Elisa Donovan) vocation as a local insurance agent has, over time, morphed into something well beyond what's described in the American Family Insurance training manual. From helping the high school football coach rethink his motivation strategy to being a new small business owner's guinea pig client, her open-door policy and sound advice has earned her the nickname "Go-To Gayle" by the thankful citizens of Maple Grove.
