"Good Advices" ep 204/season 2 — Paris, France
"I've seen that look before… The look every female operative makes when I send them to Paris for the first time." —Joan Campbell
Paris, the city of light. What better place for a beautiful spy to cultivate a new CIA asset? Of course, things never seem to go as planned, and when Mossad Agent Eyal Lavin (Oded Fehr) shows up, Annie knows that her mission is about to get much more complicated.
- Piper and guest star Helena Soubeyrand (Salma Devrient) filmed a number of scenes throughout Paris, taking full advantage of the iconic architecture and imagery of Paris — including filming inside and outside of the Louvre Pyramid, as well as along the Seine river.
- Executive Producer Doug Liman made the trip as well, and supervised the Paris shoot.
- One of the most exciting sequences of the episode — the rooftop chase sequence — was, in fact, constructed from a number of pieces, including the chase itself (which was filmed in Toronto), plates of the Paris cityscape that were added to the backdrop of the chase sequence, and Annie following in the streets, which was filmed on location.
