VIDEO MUST: Demonstrate how Solution to Challenge was developed; highlight the materials used; and show the success and effectiveness of Solution.

JUDGING CRITERIA:
· Clearly explains Solution developed, materials used, and how executed (30%)
· Demonstrates success/effectiveness of Solution (30%)
· Provides evaluation of success (15%)
· Analyzes problems encountered (15%)
· Video quality (10%)
