Me First

Royal Pains Me First Episode Guide

Paige's big secret is revealed at last: her mother has been suffering from Major Depressive Disorder for years, which has recently worsened. When Ellen falls and hurts herself, she calls Hank for help and asks for his utmost discretion. Evan then catches Paige in the most recent lie she's been telling him to protect her mother's secret. Before she can explain, he jumps to the conclusion that his beloved Paige is cheating on him. The misunderstanding escalates and the couple breaks up. When Evan discovers Hank knows about Ellen's disorder but didn't tell him, it's more salt in the already gaping wound. And to top it off, General Collins is furious that Hank admitted his wife to the hospital without his permission and tells Hank to keep away from his family. Will Evan and Paige learn to trust each other and get back together? And will Evan forgive Hank for choosing his medical oath over his brotherly one.

While all this is happening, Hank treats a fearful asthmatic boy whose actor parents are overseas on a shoot only to find that it's the boy's young nanny who is having the worrisome health problems.

Divya's first date with Dr. Paul Van Dyke is more fun than she expected; however, since Raj was her one and only boyfriend, she's not quite ready to do the backstroke in the dating pool quite yet. So when Paul suggests they take it slow and get to know each other as friends first, Divya agrees, relieved that the pressure's off.

About Royal Pains

USA Network is proud to announce the return of the Hamptons' best doctor-on-demand, Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein), in Royal Pains.

Once a rising star in the New York City medical community, Hank found himself out of work, dumped by his fiancée and out of options after a dustup with some hospital honchos. Fed up with Hank's personal pity-party, his younger brother, Evan (Paulo Costanzo), convinced Hank to join him on a last-minute trip to the Hamptons for Memorial Day weekend. When the brothers crashed a party at the home of a Hamptons billionaire and a guest fell critically ill, Hank saved the day. His dramatic medical rescue drew attention from the crowd, and soon Hank's phone started ringing off the hook with patients wanting Hank to make house calls.

By the end of the weekend, HankMed was born. With Evan as the company's CFO and the whip-smart, ambitious Divya (Reshma Shetty) as Hank's physician's assistant, Hank became the Hamptons' new in-demand Doctor-for-Hire. News travels fast on the East End, especially when it's about a talented young doctor with MacGyver-like skills who makes house calls. But the rich and powerful aren't the only ones seeking out HankMed's services; there are plenty of less well-off locals who need his help, too, and he's more than happy to lend a hand.

But after a few idyllic summers in the Hamptons, there are big changes in store for HankMed this season. Hank returns from his travels abroad with Boris (Campbell Scott), but realizes coming home isn’t always as easy as it seems. Evan and Paige (Brooke D’Orsay) grow stronger in their marriage thanks to the help of an unconventional therapist. Divya must find a way to balance the challenges of being a single-mom with her job at HankMed. HankMed’s newest doctor, Jeremiah Sacani (Ben Shenkman) realizes that having Divya and her baby stay with him isn’t going to be as easy as he thought. And when a mysterious young woman shows up at the guesthouse at the beginning of summer, she changes Hank and Evan’s lives forever. So as another summer heats up in the Hamptons, this season promises to be anything but a walk on the beach!
