The poster boy for the CIA, Matt Sykes (Ryan McPartlin) solves covert cases brimming with danger and international intrigue, putting away master criminals bent on world destruction.

Yet somehow, Sykes doesn't seem to be doing much of the work. Instead, he specializes in managing to be at the right crime scene at the right time.
