Every world-class spy agency needs a mad scientist ... the guy who will create the brilliant gadgets to help super spies get out of sticky situations.

Tricked out cars, exploding watches, camera cufflinks, poison pens. You know, the usual.

Sadly, Nash (Dhirendra) is not that guy. Nash has neither the money nor the resources (any maybe not the talent) to outfit the Canadian Secret Service with the kind of clandestine technology to ensare the bad guys.

Forget about Nash inventing anything that could save the world ... he can barely change a light bulb. And yet somehow, he manages to roam the halls, fooling everyone in the CSS that he is a genius scientist.
