ABOUT THE MOVIE

When a series of mega-earthquakes begin to re-shape the entire West Coast (including toppling the Space Needle in Seattle and snapping San Francsico's Golden Gate Bridge), it's up to a deep-fault expert (Kim Delaney) to convince the President of the United States (Beau Bridges) and his geological advisor (Fred Ward) that a series of controlled nuclear blasts may be the only hope of healing the rift in the shifting tectonic plates and saving the entire coastline from falling into the sea.
