Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open to legal residents of the Continental US who are 21 years or older as of April 3, 2007. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes begins April 3, 2007. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on May 13, 2007. 1. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Bravo Company ("Sponsor")
2. HOW TO ENTER. To enter: go to orlando.usanetwork.com and complete the official online entry form which includes your full name, complete address, telephone number (required for travel coordination) and valid e-mail address and submit the entry. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise misdirected entries or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this sweepstakes should any computer virus, bugs or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES CLOSING DATE: 11:59 p.m. PST on May 13, 2007.
3. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the Continental United States excluding all residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam and void where prohibited by law. Must be 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, NBC Universal, Inc. ("NBC") and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. GRAND PRIZE. (1) Grand Prize A 4-day/3-night trip to Universal Orlando® in Orlando, Florida for the winner and up to (3) guests consisting of: Round trip coach air transportation for four (4) between the major U.S. airport nearest winner's home and Orlando metropolitan area airport; round-trip ground transportation to and from the airport and the applicable hotel; 4 (days), three (3) nights hotel accommodations at Hard Rock Hotel in a total of one (1) room; a total of four (4) 3-Day Park tickets to Universal Studios Florida® and Universal's Islands of Adventure® theme parks(Total Fair Market Value=$2,969.26). Actual prize value may vary depending on winner's city of departure and final flight itinerary. Travel arrangements must be made a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to date of departure and are subject to availability. Blackout dates and other travel/accommodation/activity restrictions may apply. Winner must be 21 years of age or older. Minor guests (if any) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary at the same time and depart from the same city. All prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. All prize elements not used remain property of the Sponsor. Winner and his/her guests must have all required documentation prior to departure and are responsible for obtaining all travel documents. All expenses not expressly stated in the package description, including but not limited to, meals, ground transportation, travel from home to and from nearest Airport, passport and visa fees, travel insurance, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline or otherwise are the responsibility solely of Grand Prize winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component in its sole discretion with another of comparable or greater value. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, surcharges and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Grand Prize winner must travel on dates and times designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Grand Prize winner and guests. Trip must be completed by May 13, 2008 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If the Grand Prize winner's notification is returned as undeliverable, Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize winner is ineligible or declines a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received.
5. DRAWING. Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 17, 2007 by a representative of the Sponsor. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
6. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASES. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Grand Prize winner must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry to be eligible. Grand Prize winner's travel guest must be the age of majority in his or her state of residency or Grand Prize winner must be guest's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner and companion are responsible for and must possess valid passports, visa and other required travel documentation at time of travel. Grand Prize winner is responsible for any and all taxes. Except where prohibited, potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return to Sponsor, within three (3) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. Guest must sign a liability/publicity release prior to travel. If a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she and their respective travel companion fail to sign and return the affidavits of eligibility and liability/publicity releases within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received. The originals of all such affidavits and releases must be returned to Sponsor no later than May 31 , 2007.
7. INTERNET. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes (in which event, the Grand Prize winner will be selected as provided herein from among all eligible entries received at the time the Sweepstakes is canceled, terminated or suspended). The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or for the inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, including but not limited to the administration of this Sweepstakes and/or Prizes. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, cable, or other method of connecting to the Internet, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Grand Prize winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
8. RELEASE. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, NBC Universal, Inc, and each of their related companies, parents and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents ("Releasees") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
9. GENERAL. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize, entrants and Grand Prize winner agree: (1) to be bound by these rules as well as the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (2) to release Releasees and all related entities, their subsidiaries, partners, parents and affiliates, distributors, advertising, promotion, fulfillment and judging agencies from any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize; and (3) to consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without notice or additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York. If any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Official Rules, or the breach of any term hereof, cannot be otherwise resolved, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the County of New York, and administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures or subsequent versions thereof (the "JAMS Rules"). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be an experienced arbitrator licensed to practice law in New York.

11. GRAND PRIZE WINNER'S NAME: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope no later than June 1, 2007 to the Universal Orlando Sweepstakes Winners List 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 21st Floor, New York, NY 10112.
